Since I first got my unit installed in 2018... Brandon has always been right there for everything I've needed and has answered all my questions til he knew I understood everything I asked!
I called for a problem and Brandon was there in about 20 minutes!! Had us taken care of and back up and running in about 30 minutes!!
They stand by all their units and labor 100%..

Pro Air came out to service my mother’s AC unit and we were BEYOND satisfied with the service. They truly care about people! Some companies may say it but Pro Air actually shows it! We HIGHLY recommend using Pro Air to everyone with an AC issue. We would give a 10 star rating if possible!!!! We will only call Pro Air for any AC problems in the future!! Would recommend this company to anyone. Very competitive on pricing, great follow up from the quote to post install. Very helpful with suggestions of what system to go with and answering any questions. Installer technicians were also great. Did a good job pre install, install and cleaning up post install along with answering any questions I had. This is written day two post install.
