Excellent service with great customer experience! One of my outside units had failed. The initial company that performed the diagnostic was advocating an extremely high cost for replacement. I called Pro Air for an estimate and Brandon came by, performed diagnostic to confirm. He is an extremely personable and a friendly and respectful person. He gave me all the options that were all reasonable priced and did not create an environment of pressure for purchasing. Once I agreed to an option for installation, his team came out and were very efficient in the install. After install, Brandon and team performed multiple checks on multiple days with me to ensure my unit was running at peak performance. His team is awesome and I will use Pro-Air for any future Heating and AC needs!

Mr. Brandon Carter was my Technician today. I have a 22 year old unit, that I knew was eventually going to need to be replaced. Fan bearings on HVAC unit in the attic is failing. He was honest with me about replacing it and the future problems associated with doing so, let alone the availability of probably not being able to get this 22 yr old part. I asked for options and he delivered honest feedback. He showed my pics of my options. I already knew that I was eventually going to have to get a brand new unit. The 4 Ton more efficient unit was actually a lot lower in price than I expected. He also explained the power bill savings that would come along with it. Was approved for 0% interest and install expected in a few days, because they actually have that unit in stock. I really appreciate the Professional manner he conducted himself in. The extra information he provided, gave me more faith in humanity. He could've easily looked at dollar signs and not provided me with the information he knew that I didn't. He character meshed with mine, as if we'd known each other longer. I hope Pro Air treats this Man, like he treated me. Appreciate you Mr. Carter 🩵

Pro Air came out to service my mother’s AC unit and we were BEYOND satisfied with the service. They truly care about people! Some companies may say it but Pro Air actually shows it! We HIGHLY recommend using Pro Air to everyone with an AC issue. We would give a 10 star rating if possible!!!! We will only call Pro Air for any AC problems in the future!! Would recommend this company to anyone. Very competitive on pricing, great follow up from the quote to post install. Very helpful with suggestions of what system to go with and answering any questions. Installer technicians were also great. Did a good job pre install, install and cleaning up post install along with answering any questions I had. This is written day two post install.

How long does a typical HVAC installation take?
Most residential HVAC system installations are completed in one day. If it's a more complex job or includes ductwork modifications, it might take a little longer — but we always aim for minimal disruption and clear communication throughout the process.
